I have Compro POS System for 3 years and I found the System very Reliable, Accurate and Dependable. As a busy restaurant, I can't afford any downtime and I have had Zero Downtime since I got this system. Compro has been very helpful and always there when I have any technical questions and their technical support is exceptional.
I was bit reluctant at the begining because it was a big change for me going to computerized POS System but Compro's on-site training was so thorough that even my computer illiterate staffs were mastered within a week. Now I wonder how I was managing my business without Compro POS before.
Kitchen staffs are very happy now as they do not have to guess the hand-written order slips anymore.
I am very happy with Compro POS and their services. Now, compro is in my trusted vendor list and just got Security Camera System from them.
