At Compro Boston, we offer three different types of technical support services, including 24-7 technical support:

  • Phone Support.

    We are available at (617) 500-4622 for you to call and obtain assistance.In most cases, we can fix your problem with just a few directions right over the phone.

  • Remote Access Support.

    We use remote viewing software to fix your terminal from our location in Boston. If your problem involves software and needs more than a few lines of directions to rectify it, this is a very good way for us to access your system and fix it.

  • On-site Support.

    Sometimes you just need a technician to examine your system in person. If you choose this option, rest assured that we will be there!

    These services are provided through Compro Boston’s Service Plans. There are five (5) such Service Plans available. Depending on the Plan you choose, you may have one or more of the three support services. The particular Plan also determines the cost of these services.
